The sculpture
This is a unique piece of art, created by the Hungarian sculptor Gregor Gáll in 2014 on the occasion of the 10 years anniversary of the First Hungarian Biogas Ltd.
The artist was inspired by the chemical compound methane, the four bronze flames represent the four hydrogen atoms, while the glass sphere in the middle is for the single carbon atom. The pure glass sphere points at the beauty of our globe and reminds about the importance of sustainability.
